[Image alt text: TDOR] < [link removed] > As the new year begins, we are filled with hope and determination for what lies ahead. At The Center, a new year invites reflection, renewal, and action—a chance to progress toward a brighter future for LGBTQ+ New Yorkers. This year, we are reminded that growth often rises from adversity and that the act of uniting as a community can spark transformative change. Whether you’re seeking support, searching for connection, or looking to contribute to a brighter future, remember there's a place for you at The Center.
For decades, The Center has helped our community navigate challenges while fostering growth and resilience. In 2025, we aim to deepen that legacy with bold initiatives that promise to uplift and empower. The challenges ahead for LGBTQ+ people are undeniable. From legislative threats to economic pressures, the road may feel uncertain, but programs such as substance use recovery < [link removed] > , youth initiatives < [link removed] > , HIV & AIDS services < [link removed] > , and collaborative case management

In 2025, we encourage you to connect with us—whether by attending events, joining a support group, or simply finding solace in our safe spaces.
