This past year was not easy for anyone, especially children. That’s why this giving season was so important. I am proud of how our community showed up to ensure UNICEF has the funds and resources to fight even harder to create a better world for every child.

The challenges facing children did not go away when we entered this new year. We still have pressing issues to address and there will surely be new challenges ahead for us.
But we are ready — and we are not going anywhere.
This community, with your generosity and compassion for children, fills me with hope. It is because of you that I know, no matter what, UNICEF will be there to respond to crises, deliver safe water and nutrition, protect children on the move and much more.
We have made real progress together, and we will continue to build a better world for the millions of children who count on us.
