I know it’s getting late on New Year’s Eve, so I won’t keep you long.
Tonight at midnight marks more than the turn to 2025 — it’s our campaign’s final FEC-mandated fundraising deadline of the year.
Hitting our $15,000 benchmark is critical if we want to kick off the new year with the resources we need to keep up our fight for progress, and falling short isn’t an option.
In a time like this, what we’re able to raise is more than a number — it’s a sign of our strength as we enter into an unprecedented Republican trifecta in Washington.
And right now, standing united against attacks on our rights, our democracy, and our future is more than a want — it’s a need. For our families, for our friends, and for our community.
We’re just $3,417 away from hitting our goal, and I’m counting on my top supporters to come through with a donation of $ to help us cross the finish line and enter 2025 with the momentum we need to take on far-right extremism in Congress and the White House.

The son of hardworking farmworkers, Dr. Ruiz grew up in Coachella, CA and learned at an early age that the key to attaining the American Dream is hard work and a great education. In the summer of 1990, Raul walked in the desert heat from business to business in the Coachella Valley asking them to invest in their community by contributing to his education. With each investment for college, he made a promise to come back home and serve his community as a physician. In 2012, he decided to take his service to the community to the next level by running for Congress. Dr. Ruiz needs our help to continue fighting for us in Congress and to flip the House blue this November.
