This is a hard government deadline. At midnight, NIH may ram through more funding to cripple 11 puppies and 20 kittens in a lab. Read below to help them or  unsubscribe.

PROBLEM: UPenn bred an entire colony of deformed dogs and mentally disabled cats. 11 pups were crippled. 20 kittens (only 8 weeks old) were WIPED OUT.

EXTREMELY URGENT: NIH may ram through another payout to this lab TONIGHT! We have a short window to intercept. 31 MORE dogs and cats may be crippled and killed. It’s a hard government deadline.

SOLUTION: The most effective way to stop an animal test is to stop its tax funding… before the next round of taxpayer-funded torture begins.

MOMENTUM: We launched a new rapid response campaign. We filed a federal complaint vs. UPenn. We’re suing NIH. And we’re making bipartisan progress for all animals with the new Dept. of Government Efficiency (DOGE) and Sen. Rand Paul!

HEADLINE: “‘Orwellian’ – Rand Paul Festivus Report Shows Feds Spent Millions Torturing Cats.” —Breitbart, 12/23/24

BIG OPPORTUNITY: Payout #P40OD010939 is up for renewal at 11:59 pm. This NIH grant is the main “funding vein” for UPenn’s 40-year-old crippling lab. Midnight is a one-shot opportunity—and it won’t come around again for another year. We could end it all TONIGHT!

Rush a gift by 11:59 pm and it will be MATCHED to supercharge all our campaigns!

RAPID RESPONSE NEEDED: Every $3.10 (only 1 dime per crippled animal!) reaches 6+ pet owners in key congressional districts. It’s how we get the right people to contact the right legislators at the right moment ... FAST!

11:59 PM DEADLINE: Unfortunately, our fundraising didn’t cover our budget.

We need more support by 11:59 pm to stop this disaster at UPenn and other labs or we’ll LOSE momentum.

Dear Taxpayer,

Kailey told you a lot about the looming disaster for lab dogs.

But she didn’t show you this…

Here are the remains of the prior batch of crippled puppies at UPenn.

These are actual photos I obtained from the NIH-funded lab. It’s how the story ended for the last batch of 11 deformed dogs.

After UPenn cripples these puppies, it dissects and harvests their bones.

Taxpayer, this is not a death with dignity.

Please rush a secure, emergency donation of $11 (just one dollar per dog!) to help stop UPenn’s puppy-crippling experiments and more.

Even $1 goes a long way. But $11 (or perhaps $111) will go much further to ensure these deformed pups don’t become trophies on a college professor’s desk.

Sincerely,

Justin Goodman

P.S. DEADLINE: As WCW’s head of advocacy and public policy, I’m leading the campaign to prevent another round of puppy-crippling and bone collecting. But, as you’ll read below, NIH’s funding deadline is less than 48 hours away—and we haven’t covered our rapid response budget yet!

Taxpayer, look at him struggling.

Our government is about to kill 11 disabled dogs at an Ivy League school.

In 96 hours, the National Institutes of Health (NIH) may ram through more taxpayer-funded abuse to cripple and kill these poor puppies.

Payout #P40OD010939 is up for renewal. 11 lives are on the line.

And it’s a hard government deadline.

Emergency Deadline: Follow this secure link to chip in $11 (only one dollar per pup!) to help 11 dogs from being crippled and killed and your gift will be MATCHED to save even more animals!

Taxpayer, our team uncovered this diabolical dog lab at the University of Pennsylvania. And this footage shook me to the core.

These are the most alarming videos I’ve ever seen.

Puppies so badly disabled, they’re struggling to stand and walk.

Professors at UPenn even film the deformed dogs!

And when I tell you WHY they’re crippling puppies and videotaping it, you’re going to get really pissed.

Unless we take immediate action, here’s what will happen:

  • BRED TO SUFFER: Seizures, deafness, blindness, paralysis. UPenn runs a colony of lab dogs who are deliberately bred to suffer from incurable genetic diseases.
  • THE YOUNGER, THE BETTER: Most dogs don’t survive six months. Their lives are nasty, brutal, and short.
  • EQUALITY OPPORTUNITY ABUSE: Beagles. Hounds. Terriers. All are slaughtered.
  • HERE’S HOW IT ENDS: UPenn professors collect their bones and study their tiny skulls. This isn’t a death with dignity.

(L) This dog was “unable to stand by 6 months of age.” (R) An 8-week-old puppy bred with XLHED, a disease that damages hair, sweat glands, and body temperature regulation, causing seizures and brain damage.

Taxpayer, I’m annoyed that NIH wasted our tax money to study a drug that’s already approved for humans.

But I am absolutely LIVID about the real reason why these dogs are bred to suffer…

UPenn runs a national “fee-for-service” business. Other animal experimenters pay UPenn’s greedy professors to do this dirty work!

They’re going to cripple and kill more puppies just to make a quick buck. It’s blood money!

Here’s the urgent problem: our rapid response deadline is MIDNIGHT on Tuesday.

So, we must move faster than ever to stop another round of breeding and crippling at UPenn. Most recently, the white coats admitted doing this to 11 puppies, and they may be funded to do it again.

The most effective way to stop any taxpayer-funded animal experiment is to stop the abuse BEFORE it begins.

12/31 DEADLINE >>
Stop Payout #P40OD010939.
Save 11 dogs!

White Coat Waste is a bipartisan campaign to de-fund and defeat the U.S. government’s dog and puppy testing business.

Thanks to your donations, our strategy has worked wonders for pets:

  • Shut Down meth tests on Dobermans at the Dept. of Veterans Affairs (VA) in Los Angeles.
  • Ended the VA’s treadmill and heart attack tests on hounds in Richmond.
  • Retired the lab survivors, too.
  • Stopped all five of Dr. Fauci’s $1.8 million drug tests on 6-month-old beagle puppies.
  • Passed the first state law in Virginia history banning max-pain tests on cats and dogs.

Taxpayer, no other animal protection organization has shut down a single federal dog lab in nearly twenty years!

Right now, we’re pushing the same de-fund bill in Pennsylvania that was successful in Virginia. It’s an effective and proven strategy to cut funding.

That’s why I know we can end UPenn’s puppy-crippling tests!

12/31 Hard Govt Deadline

We’ve filed multiple Freedom of Information Act requests. We filed a federal complaint, too. We’re running hard-hitting advertisements to mobilize taxpayers, dog lovers, and pet owners.

And unlike other organizations, we have close ties to both Democratic and Republican lawmakers — and the brand new Dept. of Government Efficiency (DOGE)!

Unfortunately, we don’t have enough support to stop UPenn’s crippling in the next 96 hours. We’re NOT budgeted for this campaign!

So please, please, PLEASE rush whatever you can afford today.

You Give. We Win. They Survive.
