A NEW scandal- yes, a new one- involving Maricopa County Recorder Stephen Richer (who will shortly be leaving office) has erupted, just as 2024 is ending.
All I can say is, thank God we won the 2024 elections. Now we can make more progress here!

In the Wake of a $6-million payout by the Maricopa County BOS, is the Maricopa County Attorney's Office distancing itself from MC Recorder Stephen Richer who attempted to have ASU Criminal Law Professor Aaron Ludwig fired for Retweeting a Video of Election Workers deleting AZ Senate Subpoenaed 2020 Election data?
On Monday Dec 23 the Maricopa County Attorney's Office handed over 3 unredacted emails to
@WethePeopleAZA1 after they filed a lawsuit against the Record*r's Office.
Did Recorder Richer violate Attorney Ludwig's Civil Rights by accusing him of promoting violence & a false news story to his employer? Is the County Attorney's Office distancing itself from a possible civil rights lawsuit?
Garbage like that is why Richer lost. I hope he gets sued, it will set a precedent so no one else tries that again.
Richer was a big loser in 2024. But I'm happy to report that AZCentral- no conservative press outlet!- named Gov Katie Hobbs the biggest loser of 2024!
Even the Left expects big things out of the AZ state legislature this year. This is a unique opportunity!
Clearly, with scandals breaking, the Gov, AG and others implicated, a wide open border and election integrity holes still to plug, we have our work cut out for us.
I have already proposed a LOT of solutions. I will be busy- but whether my bills can become law will depend on YOU!
