We are less than 12 hours away from the new year!  I don’t know about you, but I think King County could use some new year’s resolutions of its own.  Imagine if King County made a new year’s resolution to:
 

• Focus on financial responsibility, instead of compulsively raising taxes every chance it gets
• Fund our law enforcement heroes, instead of disparaging, defunding, and disarming our police
• Prosecute repeat offenders to keep our community safe
• Lower runaway costs of living and make our region more affordable

I am running for reelection to the King County Council and am fighting every day for these exact principles.  In fact, my personal new year’s resolution is to be the last line of defense against extremist Seattle policies that would endanger our communities and cause costs to grow to even more extreme levels.
 
I am incredibly grateful to have already received the endorsement of all 9 mayors in my district. Would you be willing to join in making a new year’s resolution with me to protect our neighborhoods from extreme Seattle policies?
