John—
We made it. The very final hours of 2024 are here, and this is your last chance to make a tax-deductible gift this year. [[link removed]]
I’m not big on New Year’s resolutions. But I can make you a promise. No matter what 2025 brings, the National Women’s Law Center is absolutely committed to defending our fundamental rights and freedoms. We’ll be there, in the courts, on Capitol Hill, in every community, building power and making progress toward the better, brighter future we all want to see.
Can we count on you to be there with us? Make your triple-matched tax-deductible $15 year-end gift now, before the clock strikes midnight. [[link removed]]
Wishing you and yours a happy and safe New Year,
Andrea Pagano-Reyes

Subject: What a team can do
Fighting for gender justice in the courts, in public policy, and in our society.
Justice for her. Justice for all.

Dear John,
As the executive director of the Women's National Basketball Association (WNBA) Player's Association, I’ve felt firsthand the power and strength of a team—the alchemy that happens when individuals come together to fight for something bigger than themselves.
On the court, the stakes of the fights feel high. But right now, as we look ahead to another four years of an extremist administration in the White House, the stakes feel—and are— monumental .
But we’re in this together, and together we will make an impact for gender justice that we could never make alone. Make a tax-deductible year-end gift to the National Women’s Law Center for $15 today. [[link removed]] Until December 31, every gift up to $150,000 will be matched.
As a member of NWLC's board of directors, I know that every tax-deductible, matched gift [[link removed]] to to this organization will support key fights like:
* Protecting and expanding reproductive rights, defending our access to birth control and abortion, and continuing to support those who face legal consequences related to abortion through the Abortion Access Legal Defense Fund
* Improving access to affordable child care, paid leave, and aging and disability care, along with thriving wages for all care workers by ensuring the wealthy and big corporations pay their fair share of taxes
* Opposing radical or biased judicial nominees and confronting corruption in the courts , including the Supreme Court
* Closing the wage gap that hits women of color especially hard, and helping to connect workers facing sexual harassment with legal assistance and support through the Time’s Up Legal Defense Fund
* Strengthening and defending Title IX , the landmark federal law that guarantees students protection against sex discrimination—including sexual harassment and assault—and ensures that all student athletes, including LGBTQIA+ students, can participate in sports without discrimination
Back in October, I listened to National Women’s Law Center president Fatima Goss Graves give a speech at the NWLC gala that has really stuck with me. She said that the secret to building a future we have not yet seen is more than just what happens in Congress or at the ballot box. It’s people, people like you and I, joining together to make that future real through their determination, their bravery, and their actions.
So let’s be brave together, John [[link removed]] . [[link removed]] Let’s keep imagining a world where all students can feel safe at school and free to learn without censorship or shame. A world where reproductive health decisions are in the hands of women and their doctors, not controlled by politicians. A world where everyone is paid equally and fairly for their work, where we support families caring for children and elders—where we work, every day, for equality for all.
With $XXXX to go to hit our year-end goal of $150,000, NWLC needs your help in the fight to make this future a reality. Make a year-end gift to NWLC right now, while every dollar goes 2x as far for gender justice. [[link removed]]
With optimism,
Terri Carmichael Jackson
