The Maine Bureau of Insurance is conducting a review of the Clear Choice plan designs for the 2026 plan year.  This annual review is done in consultation with stakeholders, pursuant to 24-A M.R.S. § 2793(2) and Bureau of Insurance Rule Chapter 851, § 5(1)(A).  Information regarding the proposed 2026 Clear Choice plans and the request for comments is posted on the Bureau’s website at the links below.
