We've been chosen for the BBC Radio 4 appeal this weekend!
Dear John,
Exciting news! Womankind Worldwide has been chosen to take part in the BBC Radio 4 appeal this weekend!
Starting from this Sunday, BBC Radio 4 listeners will be introduced to our work by BAFTA nominated actor Nikki Amuka-Bird - star of Avenue 5, The Personal History of David Copperfield and Gold Digger (pictured above). Passionate about the rights of women and girls globally, Nikki will present Womankind’s appeal in support of girls at risk of violence in Kibera, Kenya.
We are delighted to have the opportunity to reach the wider public about our work with partners Polycom Development Project. And we'd love for you to tune in too!
Hear our BBC Radio 4 appeal at the following times;
Sunday (24th May) at 07:54, 21:25 BST
Thursday (28th May) at 15:27 BST
Tell the world!
Help us reach as many people as possible by encouraging your friends and family to tune in! Click the links below to share on social media or forward this email to a friend.
