Our recent report on U.S. Rule of Law Trends and the 2024 Election showed that Americans from all backgrounds believe the rule of law is essential to our future. At the same time, many express deep concerns about the ability of our institutions to deliver.  

These findings call for collective action to build trust and strengthen the rule of law.
