• Supported more than 5,000 children and families directly across our services in family, health and education;

• Filed our first class-action lawsuit against the city for failing to provide safe transportation to and from schools for children with disabilities – segregating them from their peers and denying them access to education; and 

• Helped bring $20 million in federal funding to DC to address unhealthy housing conditions in apartments with high rates of pediatric asthma.
