John,

Planned Parenthood unlawfully obtained $80 million in Coronavirus relief. We warned you they would exploit this pandemic.

This revelation is sending shockwaves through Capitol Hill. At the ACLJ, we're taking action TODAY.

Sign the Petition Now

We aggressively fought to help ensure that Planned Parenthood - a multi-billion-dollar abortion business - was NOT eligible for funding under the Coronavirus relief bill - funds that are intended for small businesses and churches.

Yet 37 of the abortion giant's 49 affiliates (75%) inappropriately applied for and unlawfully received tens of millions of taxpayer dollars.

Planned Parenthood and House Speaker Pelosi tried to get this funding in the CARES Act - and FAILED. We helped ensure that the law prohibited Planned Parenthood from getting a dime.

Now, we're taking direct action TODAY, filing a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request to find out how Planned Parenthood unlawfully obtained these funds, whether it committed fraud, and whether it engaged in any other illegal actions. Planned Parenthood must be FORCED to give this money back. NOW.

But we urgently need you as we take legal action today over Planned Parenthood's unlawful funding.

Sign Petition: Don't Let Planned Parenthood Exploit Relief Bill.
