This weekly digest is a method to communicate updates, initiatives and policy changes from the Aging and Adult Services Division (AASD) and Disability Services Division (DSD) in a simplified way. We send this announcement every week on Tuesdays.

AC and ECS eligibility worksheet updates

• Audience: AC and ECS program assessors and case managers
• Effective date: Jan. 1, 2025
• Summary: DHS updated the AC and ECS eligibility worksheets because of annual updates to the federal income and eligibility standards.

Training and event information

Register for positive behavior support intensive training series

• Audience: Positive behavior support facilitators, providers, professionals and teams who support adults and children with intellectual and developmental disabilities
• Event dates: Jan. 8, Feb. 19, March 12, April 16, May 7 and June 11, 2025
• Summary: “Applying Positive Behavior Support Intensives in Minnesota Human Service Settings” is a virtual training series hosted by DHS and the University of Minnesota’s Institute on Community Integration (ICI).
