Before I share some of True North Legal's 2024 highlights below, I need to share something that has been on my heart, and recently been keeping me up at night. We started True North Legal because we recognized a need to serve Minnesotans by blunting the trajectory of the progressive attacks on our families and our Minnesota values!
We have a vested interest in the citizens of this state and the future of Minnesota. At True North Legal, we don't just engage in lawsuits or advocate for legislative policies that happen to be in Minnesota. Each case and controversy I take on has a personal impact. I can tell you countless ways in which the work that I do every day through True North Legal impacts my friends, my neighbors, and even my own children. Minnesota is at a crossroads--we are in the thick of the culture war, fighting to protect Minnesota families and Minnesota values. However, being in Minnesota also gives us an opportunity to set legal precedent and even policy gains that could impact the entire country.
In order make those gains and keep up with the demands legal services and advocacy at the Capitol, True North Legal needs to grow! With your help, we can grow our team to include additional attorney support to be more active in the courts against government overreach and add administrative assistance to help manage our day-to-day operations that facilitate our legal and policy engagement.
