I know you’ve been getting a lot of emails from FPC (and me) lately. We’ve been talking about the importance of our year-end push a lot, in fact.

So first, let me thank you for your patience and understanding in opening these messages. I truly value your support!

Right now, the whole world is watching what happens in FPC’s challenge to the “frame or receiver” rule in Garland v. VanDerStok, Friend. 

That’s because our case is awaiting a decision from the United States Supreme Court, and the court’s decision will be felt in every corner of America. 

But we’ve got to win cases like VanDerStok - as well as our cases against so-called assault weapons bans and carry restrictions - because if the government is allowed to prevail, it will only embolden the ATF to further chill our fundamental rights.

The ATF already believes it has the authority to throw you into a steel cage over the mere possession of unserialized firearm parts. What’s next?

It’s been said that “nothing is certain but death and taxes.” But I’m going to amend that to read “nothing is certain but death, taxes, and tyrants trying to do tyrant things.”

And let me tell you, Friend, these tyrants are seething mad that they just lost a major election. That’s a dangerous recipe for retaliation.

You can therefore expect a whole slew of fresh attacks on your rights in the New Year, predictably from blue states and tyrants in the Deep State.

#3. We’re truly moving the culture.

Have you noticed how prevalent the memes are telling tyrants to “stack up or f**k off,” Friend? That’s not by accident. 

FPC has made a habit of elevating the usual weak opposition to gun control and turbocharging it into a movement that does not hesitate to tell the tyrants where they can shove it. 

And there’s all the evidence that it’s working. Every day, more people are becoming gun owners and then learning why no amount of “gun safety” is EVER reasonable.
