(December 17) asking the Superior Court in Fulton County to appoint a
special master to oversee District Attorney Fani Willis’ search for
records in Judicial Watch’s lawsuit for communications Willis had
with Special Counsel Jack Smith and the House January 6 Committee.
Judicial Watch also asks the court to conduct an in camera (private)
inspection of any records found.

Reconstruction (SIGAR), also reveals that the administration failed in
this case to follow government practices for monitoring implementation
of its foreign assistance award.

Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit against the U.S. Department
of Homeland Security (DHS) for records on former Rep. Tulsi Gabbard
being targeted for surveillance under the Transportation Security
Administration (TSA) “Quiet Skies” terrorist watch program
(Judicial Watch Inc. v. U.S. Department of Homeland Security (No.
1:24-cv-03427)). The Transportation Security Administration is a
component of the Department of Homeland Security. As noted in the
December 11 court order, Judicial Watch seeks to expedite the lawsuit.
