I have had the honor of launching and serving as Founding President and General Counsel of Alliance Defending Freedom, the world’s largest legal organization committed to protecting the sanctity of life, and as a pro-life lawyer for a combined nearly 50 years.

I have also had the honor of working with presidents and CEOs from more than 200 ministries, apostolates, and organizations – consulting, advising, mentoring, and seeing their operations up close. Of all those, I am most proud to serve on Live Action’s board of directors.

While some abortion numbers have been rising, due largely to the abortion pill, and we could let that feed discouragement… I am optimistic because I know Live Action has a plan for victory to help people recognize that life is a winning issue.

In 2025, three Live Action projects will be pivotal:

- Baby Oliver, which will provide an even more detailed look at fetal development
- A formation program to create pro-life leaders in all different professional spheres
- An expansion of the highly successful “Face to Face” videos

Investing in Live Action means future generations will be saved. Even one life spared from abortion means that that person’s children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren are also enabled to live.

More than one million preborn children were killed by abortion last year alone. Imagine the billions of people who will live in future centuries because you and I stepped up to save babies right now.
