Friend, my final federal quarterly fundraising deadline of the year is tomorrow at 11:59 p.m., so I'm about to ask you to chip in any amount you can toward my $50,000 end-of-quarter goal.

But before I do, there are three things I need you to know:

1) Despite razor-thin wins and narrow majorities, Republicans think they have a mandate to enact their ultraconservative policy priorities and confirm Trump's far-right appointees.

2) So with Trump's inauguration just three weeks away, and the Republican-led Congress being sworn in this Friday, Senate Democrats have our work cut out for us.

3) And that's why, with a WAVE of grassroots momentum to hit my final fundraising goal of the year just days before the new Congress is sworn in, we'll show Republicans that they have anything but a mandate.

With so much at stake in the new year – from reproductive freedom and worker protections to health care, climate change, and more – we can't afford to fall short.

So please, friend, will you chip in $5, $25, or anything you can spare toward my final $50,000 end-of-quarter goal before the ball drops tomorrow at midnight?
