CGF is announcing today our intention to file an amicus brief in support of litigation challenging the State's new law requiring a background check and fees for ammo purchases.  

As you know, Judge Benitez recently halted enforcement of California's draconian ammo restrictions. 

However, this victory was short lived. And the Ninth Circuit stayed Benitez's ruling in Rhode v. Becerra.

Meaning the legal battle over this case - and the future of California gun rights - is about to get even bigger. 

Now, it is absolutely critical that we all join forces and throw everything we've got at the tyrants to win this case. 

That's why we're planning to file this landmark amicus brief. But we need your help to pull this off. 

CGF needs to raise $30,000 ASAP in order to file our amicus brief.
