Serving Pennsylvania's 2nd District

Friend,

I’m proud to share some of the key accomplishments from the 118th Congress. Together, we made real progress for Philadelphia and our nation. From passing impactful laws to securing critical resources for our city, I’ve fought to deliver results that reflect our shared values.

This Congress, I passed legislation into law to strengthen fiscal transparency, honor local heroes, and preserve our nation's history. This includes the Congressional Budget Office Data Sharing Act, which ensures policymakers have access to accurate information to guide their decisions; renaming a Philadelphia post office in honor of Sergeant Christopher Fitzgerald, a fallen Temple University police officer; and establishing a commission to evaluate the transfer of the Weitzman National Museum of American Jewish History to the Smithsonian Institution to preserve and expand its mission. As the top Democrat on the House Budget Committee, I also fought to protect vital programs like Social Security and Medicare while standing up for working families.

I’m especially proud of the funding I secured to help Philadelphia thrive — from investments in our schools to programs that create jobs and strengthen our community. These achievements are deeply personal to me. As the son of working-class parents, I know how vital these programs and resources are for families like ours. That’s why I remain committed to ensuring our economy works for everyone, not just the wealthy few.

Over the course of the last two years, I’ve delivered millions of dollars for our neighborhoods and businesses:

  • Over $40 million in Community Project Funding secured for Philadelphia neighborhoods, including support for police officers, resources for first-generation students, transportation improvements, and more.
  • $3.2 million saved or returned to constituents via casework. Constituents can always contact Congressman Boyle’s office for assistance with Social Security, the IRS, and other government agencies.
  • Over $630 million in new funding secured for Philadelphia’s roads, bridges, ports, and SEPTA through legislation like the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law.
  • $740,000 secured to help fund veteran suicide prevention programs.

As we look ahead, I will continue to fight for working families, protect critical programs, and deliver for Philadelphia. The work we've done together makes a difference, and I’m honored to serve as your voice in Congress.

Sincerely,
