A Message From Our CEO:

Another year has gone by for Save The Waves, with great wins and milestones for our Coalition ([link removed]) .

But it has also been a pretty confusing year (to put it mildly), with some of the greatest challenges we’ve ever faced unfolding in real time. In 2024, we have once again felt the real impacts of climate change on our beaches, waves and surf ecosystems.

Despite this, I take great pride in the sheer tenacity of our team and the collaborative creativity we employ so that we can all avoid losing what we cherish most.

Our institutions may fail us, yet through bottom up partnership and collaboration, we can protect these wildly important ecosystems and pass along what makes them so special to future generations.
