The final House races were called earlier this month, narrowing the Republican majority to 220 seats over the 215 seats held by Democrats.

This could be the thinnest GOP majority in history.

Not only will this razor-thin majority make it hard for Trump’s extremist agenda to become law, but it will also make the climb much easier for Democrats to win back the House in 2026. 

In 2024, we proudly supported more than 200 pro-choice moms running for office: from School Board to U.S. Senate. And there are no “off years” at Vote Mama.
