Friend,

This November, we will take part in the most consequential election of our lives - and it’s going to come down to swing states like North Carolina.

Since he took office three years ago, AG Josh Stein has been a national leader in the fight to protect our rights.

But Josh needs our help if he’s going to keep fighting. Will you chip in now to support his campaign?

In a recent op-ed, Nevada AG Aaron Ford lauded AG Stein’s work:

“Democratic attorneys general have sued to protect health care, block dangerous climate policy, stand up for immigrant communities, defend reproductive freedom and fight for our families and communities… We must protect champions like... Josh Stein in the swing [state] of... North Carolina.”

Josh has been a lead negotiator in lawsuits that target fraudulent pharmaceutical companies, has stood up to President Trump to defend clean energy and environmental policies, and has worked to protect the ACA in federal court.

Keeping Josh in office will not only benefit the people of North Carolina -- it will benefit Americans across the country.

But one shady super PAC has already committed millions to support Josh's opponent.

If you are able, will you chip in now to help us match them?

Stay safe,

Team Stein
