Dear CF Foundation Supporter,

Reflecting on the past year, I am struck by how much we have achieved together for people living with cystic fibrosis in advancing our pursuit of a cure, excellent care, and community connection. Yet, our work is far from done.

As I write this far too many people with CF and their families are experiencing tough challenges associated with CF. They are urgently waiting on a breakthrough and counting on all of us to help get closer to a cure.

So today I appeal to you all with that same sense of urgency — to make a final contribution before the year ends.

We have ambitious plans to accelerate our mission and every dollar counts. Our goal is to invest heavily today, while ensuring we have the resources that will be required to support the community’s needs of the future.

Any gift — big or small — that you give today is one that will make a difference for someone with CF. Put simply, we need your support to drive progress and ultimately cure cystic fibrosis. Thank you for your generosity and for being an essential part of this journey with us.
