As we hit the close of 2024, I must appeal to you one last time about donating to the critical work of Race Forward. With the year ahead presenting many challenges and uncertainties, it is essential that we have our community’s support for what lies ahead. 

For over 40 years, we’ve championed racial equity. We are here for the long haul, and that means showing up loudly in a time of upheaval where racial equity is under direct attack.  Through our work to strengthen schools, our collaboration with government institutions to enact policies and tools for advancing equity, and our partnerships with hundreds of grassroots organizations nationwide, we will persevere in building the multiracial democracy we all deserve. 

Despite the reality of what stands against us, we rise clear in the vision of what we stand for. Our ancestors have been here before, and they have prevailed. Nothing is lost until hope is lost, and hope is something I have in more abundance with every passing hour. 

For over 40 years, we’ve been winning this fight, and we will continue to win. The question now is: Will you join us or will you stay on the sidelines of history?
