We come to you with a heartbreaking story that has a hope-filled ending. Poppy was rescued with broken bones throughout her body, including her skull, pelvis, and ribs. She was extremely malnourished and mostly blind and likely came from suspected abuse.
She had to go through multiple surgeries to regain her health, many of which had healed improperly over time. She also needed nutritious food and supplies to regain weight and help her recover from her long medical treatment. But with these donations from Greater Good Charities, she has recovered and has another chance at a healthy, happy life. |
