Gov. Evers Signs Executive Order Lowering the Flags to Half-Staff as a mark of respect for former U.S. President Jimmy Carter

As a mark of respect for former U.S. President Jimmy Carter, and in accordance with federal law at 4 U.S.C. § 7(m), the flags of the United States and the State of Wisconsin should be immediately lowered to half-staff and remain at half-staff for the next thirty days. An executive order will be forthcoming.
