Our trainings develops grassroots leaders in a time when they need us to show up for them the most. At re:power we believe a multi-racial democracy is possible. We also believe it’s up to all of us to work for it every single day, in the short term and beyond.

If we’re going to build a truly multiracial, liberated democracy, we need to bring more than just energy to this fight. We need to build the skills of organizers and leaders across the country to carry us through not just the next election but the next forty years and beyond.
At re:power that means:
* Providing open source resources like free online tools, guides, and webinars that introduce people to the practice of liberatory organizing
* Holding public trainings that range from best practices for digital safety and security to digital organizing to how to run effective campaigns
* Supporting organizers via one-on-one and group coaching so that we can provide personal support for ongoing challenges and the road ahead
* Developing the skills of trainers and alumni so that the work doesn’t stop when class is over
* Hosting Camp re:power [[link removed]] . our in person training specifically designed for BIPOC grassroots organizers, data strategists, and campaign managers
