I’m reaching out today to ask you to support John Hickenlooper for Senate in his race against Cory Gardner, who Politico called “Republicans' most vulnerable Senate incumbent.” To ditch Mitch we first must win this seat in Colorado.
Give a split contribution here to support John Hickenlooper’s campaign to defeat Cory Gardner and help me support candidates to take back the Senate from Mitch McConnell!
TAKE BACK THE SENATE
Cory Gardner is a reliable yes-man for Donald Trump and Mitch McConnell’s agenda. He has voted with Trump 98% of the time, and his priorities are completely out of step with Colorado.
Former Governor Hickenlooper, on the other hand, has a record of bringing people together and working across party lines to get things done from expanding access to health care, fighting climate change with first-in-the-nation regulations on dangerous emissions, and signing gun safety measures and vote-by-mail into law.
As governor of Colorado, John helped take the state from 40th in job creation to the number one economy in the nation! Critically at this time, John has experience responding to crises. In his first term as governor, he led the state through historic floods, ravaging wildfires, and tragic acts of gun violence.
Hickenlooper’s strong record scares Republicans so much that they are pouring money into Colorado to stop him. Mitch McConnell’s Super PAC and the National Republican Senatorial Committee have already committed nearly $12 million to defeat John, and that’s just the beginning.
Unlike Cory Gardner, John Hickenlooper isn’t taking a single cent in corporate PAC money. Click here to join me in supporting John with the grassroots resources he needs to defeat Gardner, McConnell, and the unlimited resources of the special interests behind them.
If you’ve stored your payment information with ActBlue Express, your split donation to John Hickenlooper and Chris Van Hollen will process immediately. |
Unlike Cory Gardner, John is running a strong grassroots campaign and is committed to campaigning in every one of Colorado’s 64 counties — even while social distancing!
The differences could not be more clear, and we need to be doing everything in our power to help John win in November.
Thank you for all that you do,
Chris
