Welcome to your exclusive, insider newsletter.

Folks, I know you're not used to hearing from me on a Sunday night but since I've been on the road again this week I know I missed out on a Friday e-mail.

If you're receiving this e-mail and you're NOT yet a Pulse+ member, consider it a late Christmas present.

Join here to get them most days of the week.

So – the big H1-B fight continues apace, with more coming out about Elon Musk's corporate reliance on cheap, foreign labor, and even more (tomorrow) about how the H1-B system has been fully compromised.

In my humble opinion you'd be better off tearing the whole thing down and starting again than getting into some long-winded "reform" of the policy which will ultimately lead nowhere.

As many of you have probably heard, former President Jimmy Carter passed away today, aged 100. We're not ones for dancing on people's graves. We leave that barbaric and uncouth behavior to the left. Instead, check out Will Upton's excellent obituary of the 39th president, here.

Finally, as I know it's a Sunday evening, plenty of you are thinking, "Hmmm... what can I watch tonight that's informative, humorous, and supports the causes I want?"

Look no further, for I have uploaded for your viewing pleasure our panel from AmFest in Arizona just last week. Here it is, enjoy!
