John,
Did you see Senator Bernie Sanders’ email below? We’re fighting alongside the senator to hold millionaires, billionaires, and greedy corporations accountable—demanding they pay their fair share in taxes, just like working people already do.
We’re rallying support for Senator Sanders’ Tax Excessive CEO Pay Act, which would require corporations with huge pay gaps between their CEOs and median workers to pay more in federal income taxes. In 1965, the CEO-to-worker pay ratio was 21 to 1. Today the CEOs of America’s largest corporations are paid 268 times more than their median workers.
We’re also fighting for Senator Sanders’ End Polluter Welfare Act, which would stop $170 billion in taxpayer handouts to greedy, polluting fossil fuel corporations so we can invest those tax dollars in our communities and a clean energy future.
We’re proud to fight alongside our champions in Congress. And, as we look ahead to the New Year, your support is critical to advancing an agenda that puts working people first and requires the rich and corporations to pay their fair share.
Donate today to power our activism and advocacy in 2025 as we work with Senator Bernie Sanders to fight for an economy and a tax code that puts working people first.

-- Sen. Sanders' email --
John,
Working families are being squeezed by rising costs and stagnant wages while the billionaires and big corporations at the top of the economic ladder have never had it so good.
In 2024, CEOs of America’s largest corporations made 268 times more than their median workers. These corporations spent $4.4 trillion on stock buybacks and dividends to line the pockets of their wealthiest shareholders—seven times what they paid in federal income taxes.
The Republican response? Pushing plans like Project 2025, which would hand a $325,000 tax cut to millionaires.
We’re fighting back!
This year, we stood with workers at Starbucks to hold their CEO accountable for union-busting. We supported the Dartmouth basketball players who made history by becoming the first collegiate athletes to unionize. We backed nursing home workers demanding safe staffing standards in an industry dominated by private equity profiteers. And we pushed the Tax Excessive CEO Pay Act, which would force corporations to pay more when they hand obscene paychecks to their CEOs while underpaying working people.
Americans for Tax Fairness is a critical ally in our shared struggle for an economy and tax code that works for working people—holding billionaires and corporations accountable by mobilizing our grassroots movement and demanding the wealthy pay their fair share.
Will you make an end of year donation of $27, $50, or more to Americans for Tax Fairness today to power our movement for working families and hold the rich and corporations accountable?
The fight doesn’t stop there. We’ve also been battling corporate polluters who take billions in taxpayer subsidies while destroying our planet. The End Polluter Welfare Act would stop $170 billion in government handouts to fossil fuel companies, money that could instead be invested in clean energy and a livable future.
This is what it means to take on the billionaire class: we don’t just expose their greed—we organize to stop it.
Plans like Project 2025 would slash taxes for billionaires and corporations while forcing working families to pay more. Americans for Tax Fairness is fighting every day to block this agenda and ensure billionaires and corporations pay their fair share.
When we stand together, we can take on corporate greed and win.
Support Americans for Tax Fairness with an end of year donation today and power our movement fighting for an economy that puts working people first.
