John,
We are so grateful for supporters like you. This past year, with your help, we were able to send hundreds of thousands of messages to members of Congress and other decisionmakers in support of an economy that works for everyone, not just the wealthy few.
And this work has not gone unnoticed. Please see Deborah’s email from yesterday where she shares what our congressional champions are saying about our critical work together.
For over 40 years, through good times and bad, the Coalition on Human Needs has advocated for the most vulnerable members of our society. And we need you by our side in 2025 more than ever.
Please continue to support our critical work in the New Year by making an end-of-year tax-deductible contribution today.

-- DEBORAH'S EMAIL --
John,
A new Congress will be sworn in next week and I wanted to share with you what members of Congress have said about our critical work.
Senator Patty Murray (D-WA) said of CHN’s tireless work:
"For the past four decades, you all have done absolutely critical work advancing policies to ensure children, workers, immigrants, and families have the support they need to have a fair shot at success. Four decades of effective advocacy is a real feat and a testament to the work of your organization."
Congressman Lloyd Doggett (TX-37) said of our work together:
“I've been pleased to join with your leadership over the years in fighting to ensure that our most vulnerable neighbors have a strong voice in critical debates, working to reduce child poverty, seeking access to health care, and advancing educational opportunities.”
The coming year presents many challenges, but with you by our side, and working alongside our champions in Congress, we will not relent in opposing an agenda that cuts health care for low-income people; an agenda that takes food away from hungry children and families; an agenda that puts tax cuts for the rich ahead of critical services for vulnerable communities.
Make a year-end tax-deductible contribution to the Coalition on Human Needs today to fight for policies that lift up working people and families and fund our critical work in 2025.
DONATE
We have come so far in the past year, but we all know there’s still much more to do. While we may play defense, we will demand progress to ensure people have access to quality, affordable health care and can put food on the table while addressing the high costs of housing, child care, and more. We will continue work to reckon with climate change and the injustice that makes people with low incomes and people of color so much more susceptible to disaster. And we will work to require that the wealthy and corporations pay workers a fair wage and start paying their fair share in taxes so that workers can have a share in the wealth they create and so we can invest in the essential programs that people need.
Donate to the Coalition on Human Needs so we can fight for the needs of working people, families, seniors, and people with disabilities in 2025.
