Hello there friend,
My name is Gena Hoyer — I’m Luke Hoyer’s mom. Luke was one of the 17 victims of the Parkland massacre.

I’ll be honest that the holiday season is a difficult time — since losing my son in the Parkland school massacre in 2018, family holidays are a painful reminder of his absence. But that pain fuels my determination to fight for a future where no family has to endure the heartbreak of an empty seat at their holiday table.
Right now, we’re just a few thousand dollars away from reaching our $15,000 end-of-year goal. With the new year on the horizon, we need these funds to hit the ground running and ensure safer schools in 2025. Will you help us close the gap and make a difference today?

Since losing Luke, my husband Tom and I have worked side by side with the other families of Stand with Parkland to advocate for laws that expand mental health resources, strengthen school security, and promote responsible firearm ownership.
We don’t do this work because it’s easy; we do it because it’s the only way to create lasting change. But we need the financial resources to keep pushing forward. Your donation will help us continue our advocacy and ensure our families can meet with lawmakers across the country.
We’re so close to our goal, and we need your help to finish strong. Can you chip in today to help us reach our target before the year ends?

Any amount you’re able to give will help us make all of America’s schools safer. With your continued support, we can make 2025 a year of progress.
Thank you for standing with us.
