We hope you had a restful holiday with your loved ones. Unfortunately, here at Georgia HQ, we’re cutting our holiday celebration short. Why? Because we need to start preparing NOW for a Republican trifecta with Donald Trump at the helm to take over in just a few short weeks. But while this year’s election result is a setback, let’s be clear: It is not a complete defeat. We entered the 2024 cycle as a new presidential battleground state, and we cemented our status as one for cycles to come. It’s going to take a strong coalition of grassroots supporters to maximize Democratic momentum in Georgia ahead of 2026, and building that coalition starts here and now.
