Your gift will make 3X the life-changing difference today.

John,

My patients are the reason I come to work in the Emergency Department at Children's Hospital Los Angeles every day.

They're strong. They're brave. And they're resilient.

But they're also children-and there's nothing I want more than to give them every chance to smile, laugh, and just be kids again.

John, this is what you make possible for the thousands of children who come through CHLA's doors every year. With just a few days left to have your gift TRIPLE matched, now is the time to donate and have your generosity go three times as far to care for sick kids. Make a gift of $10 or more now.

As an emergency medicine physician at Children's Hospital Los Angeles, I'm used to being the voice of calm during stressful situations for patient families. When people come in worried, but then are relieved when they leave-that brings me joy.

But I've also seen CHLA from a whole new perspective, too.

My daughter, Sydney, was admitted to Children's Hospital Los Angeles with a severe eye infection. She spent seven days in the hospital, and I can say firsthand that the physicians, nurses, and the Child Life team in both the emergency department and on the floor were phenomenal.

As a parent of a patient, I was amazed by how CHLA team members met Sydney where she was. They were so in tune with her needs. The playroom was a welcome escape for her and she really looked forward to going there. She had one-on-one time with me and her dad, got to play games, do crafts, and enjoy different activities-so she was never bored. Therapy dogs even came to visit her twice, which absolutely made her day! Despite the challenging circumstances, the experience was amazing!

Providing kid-centered, cutting-edge care will always be at the heart of what Children's Hospital Los Angeles does. But, John, we can't do it alone.

Please give today while your generosity can make THREE TIMES the difference in the life of a child by providing hope for a healthy future.
