As we prepare to ring in the new year and bid farewell to 2024, I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to each of you. We take pride in the impact we’ve made empowering students to achieve their dreams of higher education and career success. Your unwavering support makes it possible for Fulfillment Fund to open doors of opportunity and build a brighter future for the students we serve.

As we reflect on the year, we are reminded of the transformative impact we’ve made together. <[link removed]> and as we look ahead, we know the need for our work will only continue to grow. Together, we will keep breaking down barriers and ensuring that every student has the chance to thrive.

This past year, Fulfillment Fund continued to strengthen and enhance our core College Access and College Success programs, providing crucial services to more than 3,700 students in Los Angeles. New for this year, we expanded our Career Readiness programming to ensure students and recent graduates have the tools and experiences needed to build a pathway toward a successful career. As we move into 2025, we’re excited to partner with CareerSpring & AscentUP <[link removed]> to offer even more tailored, foundational career guidance to meet our students' unique needs.

In addition, Fulfillment Fund welcomed Keith Tholan, President and Chief Operating Officer of AIT Worldwide Logistics , to our distinguished board of directors. Keith’s leadership adds valuable expertise to our already exceptional board. We also extend our heartfelt thanks to our Board Chair Wendy Spinner for her extraordinary leadership last year and continued steadfast direction as we look toward the future.

This fall, I had the honor of joining Fulfillment Fund as its new CEO. With over 20 years of experience in education and the nonprofit sector, I’m excited to bring my expertise in workforce development and career readiness to this incredible organization.

I’m also proud to share that we’ve expanded our team with the addition of four new individuals who are deeply committed to our mission. It's a privilege to work alongside such passionate and dedicated colleagues who believe in the life-changing work we do at Fulfillment Fund.
