Folks,

First of all, I want to say thank you to everyone who signed my birthday card. Reading your kind messages truly is the highlight of my year, every year.

I also want to say thank you for all of your support this year. I know we took some tough losses in the election, but I think it’s important we celebrate our wins. Because of your support, we were able to reelect Virginia’s own Tim Kaine to the Senate and send Suhas Subramanyam and Eugene Vindman to the House. And we played a role in protecting other critical Senate seats, like Jacky Rosen’s in Nevada and Tammy Baldwin in Wisconsin. It’s all thanks to you.

As we look forward to 2025 and prepare for the year ahead, the first thing on my list is the Commonwealth’s special election on January 7th, where voters will decide whether we protect our Democratic majority in both the State Senate and the House of Delegates.

I’ll be frank: under a Trump administration and a Republican-controlled Congress, keeping our General Assembly blue as our line of defense is the most important thing we can do right now.

So I’m asking: can I count on you to do the same thing you did this year and help me elect Democratic champions, right here at home? Chip in before our end-of-year fundraising deadline so we can secure the resources we need to get it done >> [link removed]
