Here’s the harsh reality: Virginia is the last state in the South without a post-Roe abortion ban.
People across the South depend on VA for this necessary and sometimes lifesaving care, and now we have a chance to enshrine abortion rights into our constitution, but we need your help.

Roe Your Vote Virginia emerged as a pivotal force in the 2023 General Assembly elections, propelling abortion-rights candidates to victory and highlighting Virginians’ support for reproductive freedom – and we will do it again in 2025.
