which played a crucial role in support of the World Bank securing commitments of a record $100 billion for life-saving financing to end extreme poverty in 78 countries. Most popular action taken:
that helped to protect 500,000 hectares of land and reforest 200,000 hectares of Indigenous territories in the Amazon. Global Citizens showed overwhelming support for the Fossil Fuel Treaty, making it the top action in this field.
which helped secure €260 million from the European Commission in support of Gavi, the Vaccine Alliance to protect children from deadly disease. Global Citizens truly took the most actions to support Gavi, ensuring millions more people can be protected.
