We've seen God work powerfully when pastors of a city come to the mission field of the Capitol and meet with and pray for their legislators. This past legislative session, one of our pastors was able to share an encouragement from the Bible with his former elementary teacher and baseball coach who is now a legislator in the district where he grew up. Once we start looking for it, we’re amazed to see how God weaves relationships together over time—in small ways like this and bigger ways that are beyond our imagination.
