Andy believes in a government that focuses on people, not corporations and special interests. From day one, he pledged not to accept a dime from corporate PACs. He wanted to run a campaign dedicated to people and driven by grassroots support. 

 

In holding to his promise, one of the first bills that Andy introduced as a Member of Congress was H.R. 1, the For the People Act, which would help clean up money in politics, protect our elections from foreign interference, and strengthen our ethics laws. Andy's priority is being an accessible, transparent, accountable representative.
