As we inch closer to 2025, I’m reflecting on all we accomplished this past year.

• We defeated Mike Garcia by just under 3% of the vote.


• We knocked on tens of thousands of doors and made nearly one million calls, connected with voters at community events and online, and worked hard every day to flip CA‑27.

Now, the work in Congress begins when I’m sworn in one week from today. I’m looking forward to delivering results for our community.

But it won’t be easy. Republicans in Congress are already making life hard – nearly forcing a government shutdown and refusing to work across the aisle for the benefit of all Americans.

As a first time incumbent, I’m guaranteed to become one of the Republicans’ top targets. That’s why we’re pushing to meet our final FEC fundraising goal of 2024. Will you chip in $3 to show your continued support?
