Early next year, the Colorado Democratic Party will go through its reorganization process.
What is that, you ask?
Reorganization or ‘Reorg’ is our Party’s process of electing officers to lead our party at the local level. These officers, including county and district chairs, vice chairs, treasurers, and secretaries hold incredible influence over the direction and vision of our party.
From influencing our Party’s decisions, recruiting and training candidates to engaging with folks at the grassroots level, these officers become voices and ambassadors for their communities.
If there is anything we know for certain moving forward, it’s that our party needs to center our communities and uplift a variety of voices.
First task: On January 14th and 23rd at 6 PM MT, we will be hosting virtual reorg training sessions, during which you will learn everything you need to know about the process and what to expect.
