Ahead of our end-of-year deadline, I wanted to share why your donation to the Democratic Attorneys General Association will have a huge impact going into 2025. 

We have lived through a Trump presidency before, and we remember what it took to hold off his attacks on our democracy and our rights. In fact, Democratic Attorneys General sued his administration over 100 times during his first term, with a success rate of over 80%.

We know that once again, our Democratic AGs will be on the front lines of the fight to protect our democracy and our civil liberties. And here at DAGA, we don’t have “off years” — not even off days. 

We have to prepare for these challenges from the new administration, and we have to prepare for elections in 2025 and 2026. It’s essential that Democrats win these elections, so that our AGs are there to protect your rights once in office.  

AG races are notoriously close — it’s common to see results come within a percentage point. When elections are that close, every donation makes an impact. More resources means sending more funding to candidates, spreading our message to more people, and mobilizing more Democrats to cast their ballots— all of which can make the difference between winning and losing on Election Day. 

Your generous donation today will allow us to put checks on Donald Trump’s power and support the AGs who will hold his administration accountable. That’s why, today, I’m asking you to recommit to the fight. DAGA needs your support now more than ever. There is no organization that will hold the line as clearly as DAGA will.
