Dear John,
I made the radical commitment to give as much of my author income as possible to IJM for one simple reason: I was once a slave to sin, and Christ set me free.

As we approach the end of the year, we want you to know the incredible impact you can have in the life of a survivor of human trafficking. A survivor like Abha*.
Abha felt betrayal throughout her childhood. Sexually abused by her stepfather at a young age, she became easy prey for a group of women traffickers who groomed her for the sex trade when she was just 13 years old. For two years she was sold to up to 30 men per day in private homes in Mumbai until, thankfully, IJM-trained police found and rescued her from the darkness.
Thanks to you, IJM was there to faithfully walk beside Abha on her difficult path to restoration.
Today, thanks to you, she has overcome the trauma of her childhood. “I’ve been through a lot,” Abha says. “But there is only joy going forward.” John, more children like Abha need the hope you can give as the year ends.
