John, I hope right now you’re resting, recharging, or otherwise enjoying this last week of 2024. If you don’t know me, let me introduce myself: I’m Alexa — Take Back the Court’s Communications Director.

Before this year officially ends, I want to thank you for all your support in our fight to reform the Supreme Court. With your help, we:

Exposed the reported web of dangerous connections between right-wing organizations, their wealthy extremist donors, and the Supreme Court justices;
Sounded the alarm on the right-wing justices’ ongoing reported pattern of corruption and ethical misconduct;
Pressured elected leaders to protect our most fundamental rights; and so much more.

We couldn’t have done it without you, and the TBTC team and I are so thankful for your ongoing partnership in this fight.

We’ve always known that reforming the court would be an uphill battle. And while that doesn’t make it any easier to stomach the court’s destructive and dehumanizing decisions, it does keep us feeling steadfast and confident in our commitment to this work.

This new chapter of the Trump-packed court will be a difficult one — for our movement and for all of us. So we need your support to kick off 2025 stronger and more energized than ever. Will you help us recommit to reining in this out-of-control court and holding the MAGA justices accountable?
