As 2024 draws to a close, I am inspired by what our community helped CDT accomplish this year. CDT advised U.S. federal and state policymakers on key issues impacting people's rights, advanced implementation of new laws in the EU, grew our field-leading AI Governance Lab, and helped improve tech companies' policies and practices -- all to ensure technology respects human rights and democratic values.

We hope you'll
