When contributing money, many of us look for efforts which will have the greatest impact if they succeed.

One of these is the lawsuit to declare Prop 108 unconstitutional. The case will be tried in early 2025 before Judge Brimmer in U.S. District Court, Denver. The loser will appeal to the 10^th Circuit US Court of Appeals, and from there the case will go to the US Supreme Court. The ultimate decision will affect primary elections in all 50 states for decades to come.

The case is winnable because US Supreme Court precedent declared California’s similar open primary law unconstitutional. Great lawyers, John Eastman and Randy Corporon, represent the Colorado GOP. And, we have a united Colorado Republican party supporting the effort. All our team needs is money.

Our most generous donor to date made a single contribution of $15,000. Another contributed $10,000. Several of us dug deep to come up with $1,000 each, and we are digging deep to do it again now. Many of you contributed $100 or more into our cash bucket at the state assembly in Pueblo.

Whatever your financial ability, please consider this most worthy cause. It may have the biggest impact of any contribution you make this year or in 2025.

One last thing... please pray for Tina Peters. We filed Notice of Appeal on November 7, and we are seeking permission of the appellate courts for Tina to be released on bond while her appeal is pending.

Thank you sincerely,
John Case
Member, Legal Affairs and Lawsuit Committee
Co-counsel for Tina Peters

P.S. Again, a fund has been set up with the Claremont Institute for Constitutional Jurisprudence, which is a 501(c)(3) organization and these contributions can be tax-deductible when itemizing your tax deductions. Again, please specify that this is for the Colorado open primary lawsuit. Go to [link removed] ([link removed]) .
