Ensuring Alley Cat Allies can respond quickly when disaster strikes: After Hurricane Helene and Hurricane Milton struck, Alley Cat Allies rushed to provide vital veterinary treatments and surgeries, generators to keep organizations up and running, as well as food, vaccines and other medications for hundreds of cats and kittens in impacted areas.
Helping us fight against cruelty: When George, a 3-year-old community cat, had a severely injured leg due to a shotgun blast, Alley Cat Allies immediately took action to help George and seek justice, including offering a reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person(s) responsible for this cruelty. Alley Cat Allies also made George’s critical surgery and veterinary care possible, and today, he’s healthy, happy, and adopted into a loving home thanks to supporters like you.
Driving the future of cat protection through our new Veterinary Training Program™: This year, we began a new program to train future and current veterinarians on high-quality, high-volume spay and neuter and Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) techniques to improve the lives of community cats. We kicked off our program at a veterinary school on the islands of Saint Kitts and Nevis! With your continued support, we can expand this vital program to reach even more veterinarians—and in so doing set the groundwork to help countless community cats.
