The Urban League Movement is stronger than we have ever been – serving nearly four million people this year through our work as economic first responders. But our fight is far from over.

Given the threats on Black Americans, the challenges our communities face today, and the blatant attacks on democracy, more people need our help than ever. However, giving has been off this year – and in these final days of 2024, we urgently need to make up ground to forge ahead in the New Year.

Throughout 2024, our D3 agenda has been our guiding force in the fight for civil rights and social justice. As economic first responders across 36 states and 300 communities, we've been:

• Defending Democracy through our Reclaim Your Vote initiative, reaching millions who might have been disenfranchised
• Demanding Diversity by holding corporations accountable and fighting for inclusive policies
• Defeating Poverty by creating pathways to good-paying jobs and homeownership
